Light On A Hill Services

A Human-Centered Approach to the Digital Space

My Ideal Client

The Creator Gap: You know influencer marketing works. You don't have the infrastructure to do it right.

The Content Gap: You are producing content, but it's not driving revenue. Something is missing upstream.

The Leadership Gap: You have a team, but every strategic decision still runs through you. That's the bottleneck.

The Light on a Hill Methodology

I identify the gaps in your data, efforts, team, and brand narrative. You'll know exactly what's working, what isn't, and why.

Audit

I build the systems, workflows, and creator engines your brand needs. No guesswork, no generic templates.

Architect

I lead execution with precision and clear KPIs. You'll have something that runs, and results you can actually measure.

“Eripitan is so knowledgeable about social media and how to harness its power for your organization. Before we had our call, she sent me a survey aiming to collect basic information about my organization and our social media use and goals. This allowed her to come to our meeting not just prepared with advice, but prepared with specific, tailored advice and resources handy for me.”

A Note To My Future Clients

I believe social media is a business asset, not a creative hobby. Because I embed myself deeply into the brands I serve, I only take on two fractional roles at any given time. This ensures your brand receives the strategic depth and executive oversight it deserves.

Not sure which service is right for you? That's what the discovery call is for.

Your Questions, Answered

  • I specialize in three areas. Influencer and Creator Program Buildouts for brands that are ready to launch or relaunch a creator strategy from scratch. Campaign Strategy and Planning for brands with a specific moment coming! Whether that is a launch, a partnership, or an activation. And Fractional Brand and Social Strategy for brands that need senior-level strategic thinking on a monthly basis without a full-time hire. Every engagement starts with a deep dive into where you are so we can build something that actually fits your brand.

  • A social media manager focuses on execution. They handle creating posts, managing the calendar, scheduling content. I focus on the strategy and infrastructure behind it. I build the programs, the frameworks, and the campaign roadmaps that give your team something worth executing. And specifically around influencer and creator marketing, most social media managers have never built a program from the ground up. That's my lane!

  • It depends on the engagement but I look at metrics that actually connect to business outcomes, not just likes and followers. For influencer programs that includes reach, engagement rate, earned media value, conversions, and audience growth. For broader brand and social strategy it includes click-through rates, community growth, content efficiency, and how well your social efforts align with your actual revenue goals. Every engagement includes a KPI framework so you know exactly what success looks like before we start.

  • My focus is strategy, program building, and oversight, so no day-to-day posting. That said there's an important distinction: managing an influencer program during an active campaign is very different from managing a content calendar. I oversee the program, the creator relationships, and the campaign execution. If you need support with daily posting or community management I can bring in trusted partners as part of the engagement.

  • Agencies often focus on "deliverables" (making X posts per week). I focus on strategy and ownership. I don't just hand you content or a creator list - I build the program, vet the right people, and make sure every decision connects back to your actual business goals. I'm an embedded strategic partner, not an outside vendor. We're on the same team.

  • Absolutely! That's actually where I provide the most value. I act as the strategic bridge between your leadership's vision and your team's execution. Whether that's guiding your internal marketing team on influencer outreach, working alongside your content creators, or giving your leadership the high-level oversight they need to make confident decisions, I bring the specialized expertise that most internal teams don't have in house yet.
